After all the hype and excitement, you’ve found that your CBD simply isn’t doing the trick.

Is CBD a scam you ask yourself?? — don’t worry, it could be a simple fix!

Read on and see if you’re making these mistakes.

Consistency and Patience.

Taking CBD isn’t like traditional medicine, for some people, CBD needs time to start taking effect. This can be from a few days to 2 weeks. See this as your CBD journey, not a 100m sprint.

The reason why you’re taking CBD can also decide how long it takes to work.

Apart from being patient, consistency is just as important. It’s no good taking drops on Monday and then forgetting about it for a few days. For best results, stick to your CBD routine. You’ll thank yourself later.

Find Your CBD Dose

If CBD isn’t working and you haven’t switched up your routine, we suggest that you do so. For example: If you’re taking 25mg a day and CBD isn’t working or has stopped working, increase your dose gradually over the next few weeks until, hopefully, you find your sweet spot!

Remember though that taking too much CBD can overload your endocannabinoid system, so take it slow. If you started taking CBD on a high dose, restart at a lower dose and work your way up.

Are You Using CBD Incorrectly?

CBD is placed under the tongue as that is the best place for absorption into your bloodstream. It’s no good putting CBD on your tongue or just swallowing it, you’ll be wasting so much CBD.

CBD May Not Be For You.

We like to keep things honest here and unfortunately CBD doesn’t work for everyone and everything. CBD may not help your particular ailment or you may need so much CBD that it isn’t a viable option (money wise).
